To retain and expand existing business by assisting them with new project development and workforce development improvements.

MEDC initiates contact with companies within Targeted Industries.

MEDC responds to industrial and manufacturing inquiries about the Manvel Market.

MEDC markets Manvel to prospective companies via brochures in cooperation of the Brazoria County Economic Development Alliance and the Alvin Economic Development Corporation.

MEDC responds to inquiries made from all business sectors. Therefore, MEDC interacts to some degree with most new businesses locating to Manvel and with existing businesses interested in local expansions.
